A short and friendly update for all of our visitors. First of all welcome! Thanks for popping by.
You might notice something different on our site. A new brand, a new look and feel, and a new direction. We hope it communicates ‘contemporary’ and ‘professional’ and we’d love your feedback on how it feels to be here taking a peek.
Over the past decade we have been building relationships and outcomes with some incredible people and organisations and since early 2015, we have been in a deep reflection – what is it we really do? The universe offered the perfect dose of time and space to ponder. Business Blueprint offered the perfect toolkit to understand the ‘new rules of business’ – ones that will sustain us into the future of online service delivery, systemisation, greater access for our leaners and communities and best of all, a way to snythesise an approach that is deeply authentic.
So, we asked a few of you what you value most. We identified the projects where we seemed to add the greatest and most sustainable intervention…whether that be through coaching, facilitation, leadership development, change support, communications training, mentoring, retreats and the many other related interventions.
The answer seemed to roll up to two areas – change and transformation. It feels good just to write it. Everything else belongs under these umbrella terms and we have committed to creating all we create within this context.
So, what can you expect? Weekly updates on the blog…which will share fresh, live reflections of things that are happening at the leading edge of change – in the diversity of environments we operate and from which, you can shape your own change trajectories and learning. More focus on an online learning environment, where we can help existing learners navigate and sustain change in our absence – more reach, less cost and high impact. New faces. Tony was always here, but he is now a Director of Resource and he adds his beautiful warmth to the partnership. More digital content…we like watching more than reading, so stand by to see our fumbles and trips and try to laugh with us as we learn.
Great leaders and the best change-makers are great learners. Over time we hope role-model what it takes; to foster a community of learners and leaders through being flexible, adaptable, light-hearted and curious. We’d love for you to tune in, share back and be a part of the change you wish to see in the world.
